I stopped in hoping to get some help with sizing and picking out the right gear, but the staff didn’t seem too sure about anything. I had to ask the same questions more than once and still got these vague, half-answer responses. One employee basically just pointed me toward an aisle and disappeared. It really felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help. After that, I don’t have much confidence in their customer service, and I definitely wouldn’t come back here if I needed actual guidance.

I’m still sitting here waiting for my delivery, and the frustrating part is that nobody has followed up or given me any kind of update. I get that delays happen, but leaving a customer completely in the dark isn’t okay.

They had a good selection overall, and I was able to find some shoes and gear without too much trouble. A few sizes were missing, which was a little frustrating. I also felt kind of ignored while I was there, like no one really checked in or offered help. Not a bad experience, but it could’ve been better

I ordered a pair of shoes from National Sports, whoever packed my order did a careless job. The box showed up crushed on one side and was barely taped shut, almost like someone had already opened it. There wasn’t any extra packing inside either, so the shoes were just sliding around the whole time. Luckily they weren’t completely ruined, but for the price I paid, I expected way better. This feels like National Sports just didn’t bother to make sure my order was shipped properly. I probably won’t order from them again if this is how they handle stuff.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size from National Sports and had to send it back. i kind of assumed the refund would take forever or that I’d have to keep following up, since that’s how it usually feels with returns. But it actually went smoothly. I got an email update, and the money was back on my card just a few days later. No chasing, no weird delays. Easy overall, and I’d shop here again.

Support got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. It made the whole experience feel easy and not stressful at all...

I was trying to grab a few hockey items and nationalsports actually had most of what I needed in stock, which was a nice surprise since a bunch of other places were totally sold out. The sizing info was easy to figure out too, so that helped. One thing I wanted was only available for pickup and not shipping, which was a bit annoying... but overall it was a good experience, and I’d probably check there again next time.

My order arrived just fine and in a reasonable amount of time, so no complaints there. But as someone who shops online often and is always comparing total costs, the shipping fee felt a little high for what I actually bought. I’d definitely be more likely to order again if delivery was cheaper or if there were better free shipping options

Everything showed up exactly how I ordered it, right sizes, right colors, all that. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but there weren’t any mixups or issues, so… yeah, happy overall.

I was browsing nationalsports for a few things, but the prices looked a bit higher than what I’d seen on some other sites. Even the stuff marked on sale didn’t really feel like much of a deal, at least to me. I ended up just buying somewhere else.
